Yesterday Giant’s running back, Saquon Barkley wore the LeBron Air Zoom Generation cleat in their playoff matchup vs the Minnesota Vikings. He finished with 9 carries for 53 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also caught 5 passes for 56 yards, helping the Giants secure the win. His Air Zoom Generation cleat was a PE designed for Ohio State’s football team. We haven’t seen the Buckeyes wear these yet, so it was surprising seeing Barkley, a Penn State graduate wear them first. There are also rumors of an Air Zoom Generation Florida A&M cleat. Hopefully Nike pivots to releasing these cleats for other football players.
