Before the Gold Medal game, LeBron warmed up in another LeBron 22 PE that appeared to have a Metallic Silver color base. After securing the Gold Medal and Olympics MVP, he switched back to this pair for the medal ceremony with his USA Basketball teammates. The shoe paired well with the Nike podium sweatsuit that was designed for the USA athletes. It appears that these are a PE for now and will not release to the public.
